Shipping & Handling
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During sales and high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time:
Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Sparks Aroma is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
This ensures the safety and hygiene of all customers.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

We will gladly resolve the matter with a replacement if applicable
Sparks Aroma reserves the right to approve or deny replacement requests based on evidence provided.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Our fragrance oils are designed for topical use only. Although we aim for high-quality ingredients, skin reactions can happen — everyone’s skin is different.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.
How to Patch Test:

Apply a small amount of oil to a discreet area (inner wrist or inner elbow).

Wait 24 hours.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
