Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Sparks Aroma is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
