Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
This ensures the safety and hygiene of all customers.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • We will gladly resolve the matter with a replacement if applicable
